SHIPPING FEES:
 
Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Free Canada wide shipping available for order over $75.

Candylabs ships online orders to Canada and the United States via Canada Post.
 
We ship orders Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays, and process in stock orders the following business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. US orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

US shipments may be subject to taxes and duties at the customer's expense.
 
SHIPPING TIME
Standard Parcel delivery is based on the following delivery schedule: Regional: 1 to 3 business days National: 2 to 7 business days US: 4-8 business days 
Delivery schedules are based on times between most major urban centers in Canada and in the US. Delivery to non-major urban centers or remote locations in Canada and the US are subject to additional delivery time based on Canada Post's Deliver Standards detailed at www.canadapost.ca/deliverystandards .
 
Delivery times do not include processing time (orders generally take 3 business day to process).
 
Please be advised, Candylabs cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered.
 
TRACK YOUR ORDER
 
Once we ship your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that will contain a link to track your shipment online at canadapost.ca/track . Please note, that it can take some time before your tracking information will be available on the Canada Post website.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to change your order, please give us a call or email us.

WHAT DO IF THE ORDER I RECEIVED IS WRONG/DAMAGED?lIf your order either incorrect or damaged please contact via email with a picture of the order.

SUMMER SHIPPING :

For customers who live in an extremely hot area (35°C+ or 95°F+ zone). If you are afraid that the candies might melt in the extreme heat. Please get the extra protection options here. With full insulated box and even an ice pack, we can guarantee that it will keep your candies cool and in perfect condition wherever you are!
Candylabs will not be responsible for the damage of the candies caused by the temperature for the orders with no protection options.


Note:
All our candies are handcrafted. As you can see in the video, we stretch the candy on a hook for a very long time to put air bubble in the candy. This unique process makes the candy very crunchy to chew when eating. The candies are very fragile due to this. During transportation, they may generate some sugar powder due to their crunchiness. It is normal to have a little sugar power at the bottom of the jar. It is not within our power to prevent the candy from being shaken during transportation. 


RETURNS
Once an order has been processed we do not normally accept order cancellations or exchanges. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at 5145613554 or email info@candylabs.ca. Please include your order number for reference.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return a product damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Support at 5145613554 or email info@candylabs.ca. Please have your order number available for reference. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept any candy returns or exchanges, as its products are edible, perishable goods.
